Pyrolyzers have been part of earth-science for more than 1500 years. They started with simple fire to burn down forests to regenerate and reinvigorate the soil. Over the years, people designed and developed ovens and furnaces to burn biomass and create Biochar. Now, we use furnaces and reactors, using limited contained oxygen to create the heat - that means there is a low emission factor in producing Natures Black Gold. Our Biochar Pyrolyzers easily work 300+ days yearly for over ten years and produces 3,000+ tons of the highest grade Biochar yearly per five train machine.

Our Pyrolyzers are HIGHLY TECHNICAL biomass burning reactors with US and Global Patents. They are EPA emission compliant.


Our Pyrolyzers create FREE heat for third-process applications, when they make Biochar.

When we create the world's best Biochar we also create unlimited heat available for third-process heating - in fact more than 27MBTU an hour from a 5-train Pyrolyzer.


We have a 5-train Pyrolyzer working in Minnesota that makes Biochar and also uses the heat from the Pyrolizing chamber to dry fruits and nuts and sunflower seeds. The Pyrolyzer free heat has replaced an existing heating method that saves more than $700K in LPG charges.







Each Pyrolyzer working 24/7 for 300 days per year produces 27M BTU hourly or 600M BTU per day. Over 300 days, that one Pyrolyzer can produce more than 1.8BN BTU creating heating savings for third-tier processing worth more than $700,000 in propane costs alone. AND because products like dried foods need energy and heat, the redirected Pyrolyzer heat can also generate Carbon Offsets because heating did not require conventional gas boilers.
