The first California BEIT will operate up to four Biochar Reactors and produce Biochar for the local farming and agriculture areas. There is expected to be at least 4 BEIT programs in the San Joaquin - Merced Counties farming areas where biomass is available and where farming communities need the produced Biochar for soil degradation, water and fertilizer/nitrogen level compliance. BEITS are located on long-lease agricultural farming land.

How do B.E.I.T.s work?



Biochar Equity Investment Trusts (B.E.I.T.s) are a new class of asset for mid to long-term investment. They work similar to a R.E.I.T. within Real Estate and involve tradable private equity investments starting at $25,000 for mid to long terms. Very similar to R.E.I.T.s, these are investments over seven to ten years in length that pay quarterly dividends and an end of term payout. Currently our B.E.I.T.s provide a better than 25% ROI due to the nature of the product and its revenue potential. With a B.E.I.T., the Trust owns and manages the process and receives the net revenue of the proceeds.
